Until Saturday I thought the only "real game" left on the schedule was at Iowa... this however is not one I'm concerned about. Purdue is too banged up to do much about it. Wonder if there are Danny Hope effigy hunts going on along the banks of the Wabash.

Why hang him in effigy? Despite the injuries, they're undefeated in the Big Ten so far, giving NW'ern their only loss.

Purdue has been an enigma, losing to Toledo and beating Northwestern. Still, they don't stand a chance.

How about losses to Notre Dame when Notre Dame was beating no one of consequence (except Purdue)? That's Purdue's "The Game" because no one expects the Spanish Inquisition or Indiana victories.
