What am I failing to "comprehend?"

If you mean the "contingencies that are in Martinez's court," I am sorry that I didn't realize that statement was so crystal clear that it could only lead to one conclusion.

As for Longo being at the top of the list, I know it was reported that he camped better than Martinez. Does Sam project as a guard? Rivals lists him as an OT, and I didn't see any discussion of whether he could play guard, tackle, or both in his thread. I know Martinez projects as a guard - maybe the staff really wants a guard here. His latest update also state's that his list is down to two schools and hasn't heard from OSU lately. Maybe he doesn't want to wait around and John will. Otherwise, I really don't know what's happening.

Because from recent updates and other posts this idea comes across very clearly and you were just stating the obvious.

Oh8ch said "offers from USC and LSU be we are sitting on it?" which I took to mean "why haven't we offered." I know Oh8ch is a knowledgeable poster, and I know my response wasn't some brilliant flash of insight, but I thought he had posed a question and I answered it. Maybe that's not what he meant. I just didn't know that merited a snooty response, that's all.
