Everybody is somebody else's weirdo.
My wife has IBS (irritable bowel syndrome) and swears by this stuff. It is actually a bentonite clay slop; but it is pretty tasteless. It coats your entire digestive tract and absorbs the "bad stuff". We don't take it on a regular (i.e. daily) basis, just when there is a problem/flareup, etc. It is real good for an upset stomach, gas, cramps, and diarrhea, etc. I don't believe that you would want to take it just after or before taking an oral prescription as it would probably block the body from absorbing the medicine. It is available at many vitamin stores; however, we have been buying it online (cheaper, no sales tax, and w/free shipping).

Probably the most hands on online vendor I've ever dealt with, and her products are insanely good. I no longer deal with skin irritation or dryness-and I shave daily in the NH winter.
For Kyle, this Grave before Shave Bay Rum is the best beard oil I've tried.
