Sorry, gents, there may be environmental compliance issues involved in corpse-showering. I'll have to do some research and get back to your with a formal opinion.
Ok, I'm back. From my research, it would be better to simply fill the grave with a hose and use it as a bathtub. Showering is definitely out. You don't want the feds involved. Next thing you know, they'll be charging you with dog fighting when all you wanted was a little roll in the dirt with dead chick.
