No receivers can at the present, the modern game seems to have devalued them, which is a shame. I think he and Tim Brown should both be in easily...Andre Reed is more borderline, but he's better than many already in.

Swann got the final year he was eligible, so repeated nominations could eventually work in his favor...though it didn't for Gradishar :pissed:

Tim Brown should get in just on the fact that he put up those numbers with some brutal quarterbacks over the years.

I agree, Reed should probably be third behind Carter and Brown.

I know Modell isn't popular around here (and for good reason), but I think he should get in on his contributions to the game. He helped break the race barrier in the league with some of his hires and he also played an integral role in expanding the league with TV deals, Monday Night Football, and NFL Films.

I'll duck for cover now.
