Power Rankings: Purdue claims No. 1 spot in Jon Crispin’s poll

For the third week in a row, there's a different team atop Jon Crispin's Big Ten Power Rankings. This week, it's Purdue, winner of of six of seven, claiming the top spot, replacing Wisconsin, which took over for Maryland the week before.
