If UF indeed loses to the-other-USC in November, it is entirely possible that the Volunteers would play Auburn or Arkansas in the SEC Championship Game. A battle for the Crystal Football with Tennessee is entirely possible (though not likely).

OK, lets assume this:

UF doesn't lose again and beats Auburn in the SEC Championship
USC losses to ND

Now ND, UF, and USC all have 1 loss, who goes to the game against the Big 10 winner?

Well, since this is a message board, I'll go with UF. Yeah, ND gets a ton of respect that they don't deserve; but there are too many people saying it for it to go as far as some people think. So my money would be on the SEC team.

In my heart-of-hearts though, the answer to that question can be found at:

I understand, so what your basically saying is that it won't probably happen this year?, but it most likely will happen in the next 2 years but not with the same teams? or even maybe next year?

It's still not all that likely to happen in the next two years because the stars would still have to align perfectly. An undefeated team in any other BCS conference or if Notre Dame goes undefeated would prevent my previously posted scenario. Also, a 1 loss team ranked ahead of either Ohio State or Iowa, which would be possible with the way voters can be so whishy washy, that would prevent an all Big Ten matchup too.

Once again an All Big Ten BCS title game is possible at some point in the future. Not so much this year. If it were Wisconson or Purdue that was tearing up the rankings right behind Ohio State rather than Michigan. Then an all Big Ten BCS title game might have been a possibility this year since those two teams don't play the Buckeyes. If Wisconson or Purdue were actually good enough (ha ha ha) to go undefeated this year then who knows what could have happened at the top of the rankings.

Go Buckeyes!!!

What have you guys heard about OSU possibly Michigan for the National Tittle? If you have heard about it, who do you think USC is going to have to lose to get dropped that bad in the BCS standings for OSU to play Michigan??

It's impossible for a couple reasons, chief among them is that the loser of the OSU/Michigan game won't be the champion of the conference and, by rule, ineligible from competing for the National Championship.

Yeah I understand that part i guess know. But like the fact that it could happen in the futur I dont get? Cuz wouldn't they determine that by who did the best and who had the strongest defense and most points?
