DALLAS (Reuters) - Texas police said on Monday they were shocked by the video recording of a pair of toddlers aged two and five being encouraged to smoke marijuana by their uncle and a friend of his.

When I was a kid one of my friend's mother used to make he and his brother do bong hits if they got too rambunctious. I guess that was the early treatment for hyperactivity-ADD. They were about 11-13 years old.
