Point/Bank Question

I've looked all over the forums, and cannot find anything about this.

I've been a member for awhile, and i have points in the Bank from when i deposited them from a long time ago. How do i get those out, so i can use those for vBets? I thought there used to be a "bank" area, but i cannot find it.

Also, just another random question...what other ways are there to make Points besides vBets? I've been on other forums where you can get them from playing games in the arcade, and other ways.
