Short of turning it off and back on again, it’s my 2nd favorite troubleshooting step
It only works like 1 time in 1000 which is juuuuust often enough to keep me doing it.

Hi Michael,
I've disabled under attack mode in Cloudflare which should resolve this issue. It was temporarily enabled due to a large influx of bot requests.
When it gets hung like that, refreshing the page will typically resolve the problem. Unfortunately though, there isn't a ton that can be done on our end as it's managed entirely by Cloudflare
