So I was at Lake Michigan last weekend with 13 buddies from tOSU (No net=no posting) and we had a nice bonfire going in the sand. Well a couple of the guys and I had this great idea to start jumping the fire. Well after my 4th jump or so I landed on my heels and fell right in. I didn't panic, calmly asking for some help. Now I have 2nd degree burns on my lower back and right calf.

The burns were healing great till I saw a doc and they gave me meds that make it burn like none other. I now have a gimp leg, burning back, itching sunburn, and dead arm from a tetnus shot. I know im bitchin' but word of advice to everyone...don't be an f*ing moron around fires when you're drunk!:)

I think most of us managed to figure this out without actually getting drunk and jumping into a bonfire.

HA nice use of the emoticons...somewhat correct there. Actually instead of laughing at me, my friends were more amazed I wasn't freaking out and was calm while roasting on the fire...then I more or less started laughing at myself due to my stupidity

Steinbrenner. Don't agree with that at all. I am a huge Yankees fan but I don't like Steinbrenner much at all, just nice to have his $ sometimes (please hold the boos and hisses). He steps way outta his league sometimes making bonehead decisions simply because something doesn't go his way. He needs to leave more decisions up to his General Manager Cashman and the Coach Torre because they know a lot more about what the team needs...Georgie just knows how to invest and make $$$

Well after my 4th jump or so (because 3 wasn't enough to figure out what a great idea this was) I landed on my heels and fell right in (Bob Beamon is proud). Well.. anyway... I'm glad you're okay-- at least relatively...

But I hope we've learned our lesson about Booze and geographical features... even if littoral, called "Michigan"
