The story goes, my Mom actually bought me a similar one for Christmas:

While I loved the one I got. I thought I could build a nicer one. I didn't like the leaf. Nor did anyone else I've shown the picture to. I made the O a little more symmetric. I made a template since it took me so long to get it just right. I do intend to make additional ones. Mine are both hanging on the wall in my house. I actually moved one outside and hung it on my house during the Fiesta Bowl. It was very cool. Everyone who came over to watch the game commented on it. You'd be surprised how well the rope lights show up from the road.

If you want one, drop me a mail and I'll make you one. I've been asking $50. I put this one on e-bay to see what the market would get me.
