Some of the images are a little dark or fuzzy, but I thought everyone might enjoy them anyways. I know they're pictures but I thought they needed some attention on the main board. Move if need be Mods.

Pep Rally I'm not sure of..I think the only official pep rally this week was tonight. But the lake jumping usually gets kicked off whenever people start showing up. I think last year I went at about ten and it really got going by about 11. By twelve you could barely walk around the lake (which you wouldn't do unless you were prepared to get pushed in). Side note-some chick was walking by the lake last year all dressed up ready to go out or something (not smart). Yeah she definitely got tackled in and lost everything in her purse. It was funny as hell. Hopefully this year it'll be a little warmer than last year, but I'll be in regardless.

I dont think your going to get your wish this year. I thought it was pretty nice last year when I jumped in. I think it was in the 60s, cant ask for much more then that in November. I think it is suppost to be in the mid 30s on Thursday. I'll still be jumping in though!

If you aren't jumping into Mirror Lake this thursday then you have no penis.

And uh...if you're a lady, then you're lacking your respective reproductive organs...somehow.

Seriously though, all the years of collective Mirror Lake jumping knowledge has taught me one thing - duct tape your flip-flops to your feet. My friend jumped in and landed on a shopping cart, cutting up his feet pretty bad....and do you know how much fecal bacteria is in that thing? Anyway, see you guys on the lake...I'll be the one in the kayak.

:lol: :rofl: :lol: I know...I hate when people say they don't wanna go in because it's too cold. This is a once a year thing, you gotta take advantage of outnumbering the cops like this. We get over ten thousand people on the south oval and mirror lake combined..how could you not wanna participate. I know what you mean about the flip flops too. My roommate lost his last year. Did you have the kayak last year because I definitely remember laughing at someone rowing around out in the middle...that's awesome.

Actually my roommate was telling me the same thing a long time ago. As a matter of fact, Nate Salley told me the same thing when I was getting my picture taken with him. As I was a year ago, I'm still planning on walking on in January so maybe Hartline will have a clone on the team come next season.
