Caller: I?m going to look one more time because I don?t want to restart
Me: if you restart it will come back
Caller: ok, I?ll give that a shot and if its not there I?ll call back since I can?t email you ? laughs

One hour later

User: I still can't get my faxes
Me: You did get the test fax that I sent?
User: Yes, but I just tried to send one and it didn't go through
Me: Let's take a look at it. What number did you send the fax to.
User: #######
Me: That's the wrong number use this #######

Noted I sent him his new fax number twice this morning. People are dumb. This is why it's good that it's illegal to carry a gun and shoot people for random acts of stupidity. Although if that was legal there would be fewer morons out there, and I would probably be out one fiance too.
