PG Duane Washington Jr. (3rd Team All-B1G, 1st Team All-B1G Tourney, New York Knicks)

He’s not shy when he’s out there. Averaging almost 10 shots/per in 24/minutes this month.

I’d say he looks good, not great out there when I watch. Comes down to shotmaking really, because he doesn’t/isn’t asked to do much else, yet. Keep hitting jumpers consistently, limit ballhandling mistakes and play a little defense and he’ll stick.

Pacers seem to be fond of him so he’s got a chance. And he’s getting paid to get better full time now.

Guess 'multi-year contract' doesn't mean the same as it did in yesteryear.... sounds like he wasn't the only guy on the Pacers that got the axe to make salary cap room. Don't know if waivers are irrevocable, but imagine Duane's a bit hurt. Will be interesting to see if other teams go sniffing around him. Hope he lands on his feet. His is one great success story for the Buckeyes. Go Bucks!
