Too soon old, too late smart
Not to beat an almost dead horse, but 'encouraging' someone to enter the portal seems suspiciously like tampering to me. Which, I believe, is still an NCAA rule (not to). However, one can have a rule, but if not enforced, loses it's rule status. Anyway, just another way in which the NCAA has become a paper tiger.
