Personal foul for giving him the business

OK guys, I have a question. It was inspired by Schwab's user title "Personal foul for giving him the business" which was taken from Ron Cherry's soon-to-be-famous quote during a recent NC State game. It brought back a great memory of a Browns game 15-20 years ago where a similar call was made.

When I checked into this, I found that Youtube has a link to a call that Dreith made in 1986 during a Jets-Bills game, but I am pretty certain I wouldn't have been watching that game back then. A user on the Scout forum remembers it during a Cleveland game and a guy at work remembers it too, but I can't find any specifics about the game.

Here's the question: Any of you remember this when it happened?

(And I gotta say 'kudos' to Schwab for bringing back this great memory for me. Otherwise, I would have missed Cherry's NC State call.)
