I like the fact that the second half will be at night. I'm hoping for a crazy crowd. I'm thinking about going to gameday as well, although not sure how early to get there or if I want to make a sign. Maybe just a neon green sign with big black letters that says, "RAY".

Think I'll skip gameday. Save my energy for screaming and hollering in the 'Shoe. Then again, I'm old so I always look for ways to save energy. But beginning at 3:30 there will be no energy conservation.

We're leaving early, I'm just not sure how early yet. I'd like to do the whole Gameday thing, just depends on how soon we get up and go. I agree with not wanting to be exhausted by the time the game rolls around. I was thinking about the night time atmosphere as well, not sure how early we'll actually get that.

Sunset at 5:19...so sounds like 5 mins into the second half and it will be dark

Fun stat of the day:

Ohio State is averaging 47 points per game while only giving up 11 per game at home. Offensively we have been on fire at home and I don't know if PSU is going to be able to stop us.

Penn State on the other hand is averaging only 13 points per game while giving up 23 per game on the road. Even though they've played tougher opponents on the road, they didn't even look impressive @ Minnesota...and that's the only game they have scored a TD in on the road.

Penn State also has yet to have more total yards than an opponent in road games. They even got outgained by Minnesota 433-351. In contract we played Minnesota the very next week and outgained them 507-232. Not that I believe in the transitive property in college football.

Maybe being at The Shoe this one COULD get out of hand. That'd be fun! I'd still be happy with a 1 point victory though.
