Let me preface what I'm about to say by saying that Saquon is a monster but in saying that I'm beyond annoyed with him right now. For two days Mike and Mike talked about how talented he is and how he's probably the best RB in our generation of ALL TIME. Excuse me? He isn't the best in the past 2-3 years let alone in "forever" like they're claiming because Zeke hands down was a better college RB.

Zeke- back to back 1800 yard seasons, still a catching threat, had to wait behind Carlos, had to share carries with Braxton/JT, and had arguably the best 3 game stretch of any running back to lead us to a natty

what the heck has Saquon done? He's featured more so then Zeke, he started as a freshman, could care less about blocking, and his two best seasons totaled about 2500 (1,000 and 1500) yards rushing (zeke's two year best is 3600 with back to back 1800 yard seasons).

Such a freaking joke... I really wish we would have used Zeke like they're using Barkley though because I think Zeke was severely underutilized in the screen game. I really hope we can put the screws to this kid and end his Heisman hopes with a total shut down. Having two weeks to prepare and PSU having Scum the week prior we have an opportunity to do that IMO.

Penn State lives in this weird vortex where having no other offense so you have to force the ball to one person is a good thing. It works on defense, too. Who the fuck else is going to make tackles on a team of Posluzny and nobody. No shit he had a billion tackles...nobody else knew how. Same with Barkley.....of course he looks like Superman right now. Nobody else on your team is worth a shit. He kind of has to be Superman. Good luck with that strategy when you have to run him out against Michigan at night and then us.

Of course those fuckers get a bye week before Michigan.

Good...I hope they beat the shit out of Michigan and totally blow their wad. I want a 2013 plunger job this year in Columbus.

Usually I'm a huge Michigan fan that day....but this year it might serve our interests more to have them coming in overconfident. Even better would be another performance like the Iowa game where Barkley has to be Superman for a whole game, but then they don't complete that catch at the end. Make it a 4 OT game while they're at it.

I want PSU undefeated and confident coming in but I won't shed one damn tear if they lose. I got in an argument with one of them the other day that PSU enabled a child molester and he kept saying that no that was not correct. I literally laughed at him.. like wtf in your locker room, in your shower, and the coach turned the other way what else needs to be said.

As you said if you stop Barkley its game over. That'll be tough to do but PSU will be overmatched up front against our Dline so we should be in the backfield pretty handily all game. If we can just keep his big plays to a minimum that'll most likely be enough.

You have to hate playing Iowa at night the week after this game too... Not looking forward to that game.

So Penn State plays Indiana this weekend. How great would it be if the final score is close, and Penn State drops in the rankings? Then the cult could whine and say it was because Franklin is such a great man and he refused to run the score up.

(If I'm not mistaken, that's how 1994 went.)

I hate them as much as anyone but take off the Scarlet & Gray glasses. Barkley is a freaking stud running back. Zeke was great and so is Barkley. There's no need to tear one down because the other played on the team you love. They are both complete backs.
