UGA runs the better version that doesn't depend solely on receivers blocking on the edge. Tunnel screens to the middle of the field seem like they'll work more often with college kids

I agree. I’ve wondered why we don’t look for the tunnel screen much / ever. It always looks like a good play every time I see others run it.

Not only that - where were the linebackers? Your scrape should put you in some sort of position to at least make the guy move slightly laterally. I'd have to see the replay again but there was NO ONE from the middle of the defense until they got to the secondary.
