I really enjoy my job and I get to work with experienced folks on projects that impact peoples' lives.

The part that sucks is having to fire someone. I don't mind getting rid of a cancer, but I hate having to do it.

I also don't like the fact that I can't get peanut m&m's from the slack-ass vending machine.

Foremost - I absolutely love my job and my firm. In the past six months I have been offered over 50% more to do a similar job at another Wall St firm and I declined.

That said, finding the things I hate about my job was difficult. Perhaps the one thing was the constant stress. Most of the time its exhilarating, but 24/7 of that can wear on you. At the end of the day, every deal that my group is working on is my responsiblity - 14 analysts and associates doing over ten billion of issuance every month, month after month. If I think about that long enough Id go crazy, but I would be the first to say that in the end its all worth it. I am truly blessed to be where I am.

I really don't consider myself to have a job since the word job has a somewhat negative vibe to it...and I love my work immensely. Nothing is more rewarding than teaching, for me at least, and teaching primarily calculus and above. I pick my own classes and times and days that I teach. And a very nice perk is that each year the coeds stay the same wonderful age!! I LOVE IT!

But the one part of it all that I don't like is meetings. Not department meetings, but committee meetings. Too many people do not have critical thinking skills and I find committee meetings with these folks to be a wast of my time; time that could be spent in my office having office hours and possibly helping those poor confused coeds.

I have two jobs......of my part time retail store job.....it has to be the uppermanagement, I honestly feel like I am in office space sometimes and I am just trying to do the job that will get me yelled at the least since all of them tell me to do different things within 5 minutes of each other. That and so far this time of year the parents who are convinced that because they can't find the hot toy their kids christmas is going to be ruined, and that I actually made sure the toy wasn't out on purpose.

At the server job I do at night I would have to say it would be someof my co-workers. The reason being is I bust my ass to make money, and make sure the guest wants to come back. Make sure food comes out right, drinks stay filled etc. Then there are the people who work there that just don't care and give shitty service or what ever. That ends up pissing people off, they don't come back and thus is lowers the amount of people in the store, and thus I make less money......I hate that my money can be effected by other incompetant people.
