You put it better. Just deal with it right after the game, does more harm than good to deal with it before the game. Fleming is going to get fired, we can wait a week...if he's not then different discussion, but I highly doubt that scenario.

Yeah, Dennis is on a 1 year contract; however, some of the assistants (like Parker Fleming, his goes through the 2024 season) have a multi year deal:

How in the he’ll is he making more than a guy in the room helping Fields and Stroud? Flemming also ranked below Laurinautis in recruiting. He’s gotta go and Day knows it. “ROI just isn’t there” should be a good enough for his termination email.
