Replace him with Randall Joyner so that if LJ retires his replacement is here and we dont miss a beat as well as get that new blood in here. I would say that Wilson really doesnt do anything if Day isn't letting him call plays either so either do that or hire someone in his place that can.

I like the smell of that.
If not Joyner (as I’m not sure of his connection to OSU other then a stint as a GA, he isn’t from the Midwest, played at SMU) but a DL coach in waiting would be a good succession plan for LJ.

I know there has been a lot of debate here on this guy and I’ve been pretty neutral. However, after the last two games, I believe Day needs to let him go. Maybe my eyes are fooling me, but the lack of return yardage (absolutely 0 for scores in his time) very rarely is there a blocked punt or FG, completely screwing up the fake against TTUN, and now 12 men on the field against UGA. His unit is under performing. No other way to look at it. ST hurt Ohio State more than benefitting.

Especially since that's all Parker does is take care of special teams. Our special teams should be top notch but instead give us nothing.

Maybe use that assistant for something else.

We actually did have a couple of blocked punts this year. Punting has generally been solid too. But yeah, I wouldn't say our ST stand out. We should always look to get better
