Pagan traditions, Christianity and debauchery - split from the B1G Expansion thread

This brings to mind, a couple of years ago, my son played in a high school golf tournament here in Northeast Ohio, The golf tournament was hosted by Cuyahoga Valley Christian Academy. Before the tournament, someone from CVCA offered a prayer.

Afterward, several of the CVCA folks got very snotty with my son because he didn't take his hat off during the prayer. My son thought about telling them that Jesus, being a devout Jew, would never have prayed with his head uncovered. He chose to just let it slide, rather than make it an issue.

The proper response to that is "I wasn't praying, just on the way down from a heroin hit."
