PSU offers in-state DT ahead of his next Big Ten visit

Penn State joins the following programs that have presented offers since Feb. 21: Army, Bowling Green, Buffalo, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Navy, Temple and Toledo.

Mulbah told Lions247 he is heading to Ohio State this weekend for camp action. He previously traveled to Columbus in April for an unofficial visit.

"Knowing [Buckeyes defensive line coach Larry] Johnson's plans for me motivates me to be my best everyday," Mulbah tweeted after that trip. "Can’t wait to come back."
