Southfield (Mich.) High School junior defensive end Lawrence Marshall has seen his recruitment pick up recently and made a few visits to colleges. He took his best visit Saturday.

The 6-foot-4, 205-pound Marshall made his first visit to Ohio State for a game when the Buckeyes hosted Michigan.

"It was the best game I've ever went to," Marshall said. "It was a rivalry game. Michigan-Ohio State, that's a classic."

K Raphael Gaglianone getting his name out

Raphael Gaglianone is taking his recruitment into his own hands.

The kicker from Chattanooga (Tenn.) Baylor told ESPN that he is sending recent highlights from his junior season to several schools, including Stanford, Southern California, UCLA, Florida and Florida State.

Several other schools have already begun recruiting the 6-foot, 200-pound prospect, including Nebraska, Brigham Young, Duke, Ohio State and LSU. Gaglianone visited Ohio State this fall and said it was the best visit he has taken to any prospective college.

OSU offered 2013 OL Hayden Biegel but he says he is solid to Wisconsin. OSU also contacted 2014 OL Jaden Gault. Now 2014 DE Conor Sheehy has contact Coach Vrabel. Michigan has also offered Sheehy and he has heard from MSU and Nebraska.
