Picked this up from a Nebraska site. Some of these links are covered in 3yards' comprehensive list, but this is a mix of official, Rivals, Scout, and other fan sites: http://www.huskerjournal.com/forums.html

Scroll down to view the conferences listed, click on the desired conference, and a listing of links to each member's boards will come up. I've found it to be a good resource to check around the college football scene.
