Daniel's does have a beef with Simmons because of Simmons running his mouth last year with the name calling. Hopefully that will serve as extra motivation in his prep this week.

That shouldn't matter if he is truly focusing on his own job, the amount of times he gets beat is not up to (my) elite player standards. heck i called him names all last year lol

It’s easier to compensate for a bad tackle than an interior imo. See how Daniels does and if it’s an issue then just give him a bit of help.

I don’t think it’s physical as much as it is mental with him……he got beat by straight up outside technique pass rushes where it seemed liked he was OK with end getting that far upfield?

Not saying it’s justifiable at all…..it was pretty shocking against a terrible team. I just wonder if he thought he was playing into a gameplan….otherwise he should be benched bc it was ridiculous.

Yeah I'm really worried about this tackle spot tonight if that was even close to Daniels' best effort, or if someone like Greer can't come in and get it done.
