Part of Brady Quinn's contract with Nike was that Nike would supply Coffman (Quinn's alma matter) with new football uniforms, designed by the team members themselves.
Legend/Rumor has it, when the jerseys were designed, the team was all-set on all white, Miami(FL)-like jerseys, when Big Mike strolled in a bit late and personally stated that he wanted the current black look, so the coaches went with that design instead...just because Big Mike said so. I guess that's the influence you have when you're one of the two best football players in your high school's history.

And, actually, the Dublin athletic departments have always been pretty good about getting player insight into the uniforms. I'm not sure if Bell is still at DCHS or not, but I know Kip Witchey at DSHS has always been good about that. So I wouldn't be surprised if the rumor about Big Mike is true.

Adams is a beast. I can see the Pace comparisons. Really, the only major difference I see between them is Adams doesn't have that raw power and strength yet. That'll soon change.
