I don't know, probably not as a source but maybe as a discussion point? I'm not sure. I just know social media sites aren't allowed as legitimate sources.

Player twitter is not allowed, period.

media or coach twitter is allowed, and if a media article quotes a player twert, that is allowed, IF it is an actual article and not just a quick blog saying pryor said this. That same policy applies to the media retweeting a player tweet, that is not allowed either.

Allowed:
Journalist like adam jardy writing article about squabble between pryor and herbie, including tweets as one of many quoted sources
Adam jardy tweeting what pryor said during interviews or on sidelines
