I believe Toledo is making you donate something like 150 dollars or so to their Athletic Department just for the privelege to purchase tickets.

you can but you have to mail them an order form and i believe someone said you have to make a donation to there athletic department? You can get the order form off of toledos athletic site.

Doesn't look like it. Toledo owns the rights to all but about 5k tickets that OSU has.

Looks like the greedy Toledo people just stuck it up their own a$$.
I just heard from a friend in Columbus who just got on line to OSU and got 8 tickets for this game (said there was no limit). Seems the Rockets couldn't sell their tickets. When I contacted Toledo they wanted that nice donation and it all backfired.

My guess would be that closer to game day, The University of Toledo will sell the remaining tickets to the general public on their website.
