I believe they must. I think the guy had his tattoo done when in the "excited" stage. The average penis basically doubles in size from the flaccid state to the erect. So basically, when not aroused his tatoo probably plays out like this:

The visible letters/numbers are:

The "Th" from The
The i , s, and i from University
The s from Champions

And of course, the 2" from 2002"

So, in the normal stage, without any excitement, his tatoo actually reads
"This is 2""

Ohio State fans know no boundaries, but this one is a first for us at Eleven Warriors.

Veronica Chapa, a Buckeye fan from Texas, posted a photo on Twitter last week depicting our T-shirt that stemmed from Ohio State's 42-35 victory against No. 1 Alabama New Years Day in the Sugar Bowl.
