OSU One of Few to Never Play D1-AA

Since the current format of college football divisions, which was put together in 1978 there are only 7 teams that have never played a D1-AA team. Three of the teams are in the Big Ten alone. Cal and Colarado were on the list until this year when they both play D1-AA teams. Here are the few teams that like to actually play some real non-conference teams/programs:

Michigan
Michigan State
Notre Dame
Ohio State
Southern California
UCLA
Washington
