At the risk of kicking a dead horse, while I was watching this I couldn't help but think what Tressel would have done in the same situation. He has always been a "take the points" kind of guy, be it an extra point when he could go for 2, or a field goal while the crowd is urging them to go for it.

Really, just another reminder of how we should appreciate how good we have it.

TD Utah, and now they're going for two to tie it. Got it, 28-all.

This is why you don't chase points with two point attempts early in the game. Kick the fucking point and the Beavs would still lead.

I see it all too often, regardless of conference. Usually, the TV announcers are too dense to even notice it was a dumb idea, but once in awhile one of them points it out.

It just keeps getting worse. Instead of being able to run the clock with a 1-2 point lead OSU had to try and score, so now Utah has the ball back with a chance to win.

Two dumbass two point attempts early in the game may cost the Beavers a victory, and I'll bet the announcers don't even notice it.

Dumb, dumb, coaching.
