Second straight start CJ's been constantly trying to keep his shoulder loose, winding it up between plays. That might also explain why his release point is high, any feeling of pain and he's letting go a hair earlier. If he's not 100% though I'm not sure he should be out there.

Here is the deal. We've had some really good years in recent memory with a poor secondary. Difference is those years we had Bosas, Chase Young and a decent LB corps. If we cant get the front 7 figured out, we won't even sniff the conference championship game let alone the playoffs.

It was all a big misunderstanding. Stroud was in denial about the 2 timeouts called by Coombs. That drive makes much more sense with those 2 timeouts still in hand.

See the last couple B1G championship games. I have confidence that Day can get the offense going. I wish I could say the same about Combs and the defense.
