I'm not sure who came into the season with the realistic expectations of Championship. Too much turnover on the defense, and the offense sputtered too much at the end of the year last year against good teams. Nothing that's happened this year, to this point, has really surprised me, other than some of how badly we've looked for long stretches. You tell me Julian is injured mid season, and we're 6-3 at this point, I'd have believed it back in July, as much as I believe it in November.

I did until Sayin went out. But I would like a non-losing season at this point.

Start firing guys who won a championship 2 years can get you in trouble

and, if Timmons make a catch any 8th grader would have made its 21-3 and a totally different game

Well, I wasn't the one calling for anyone to be fired. I was just saying IF any coordinator is fired, it should be the defensive side, not the offensive side. I HATE when anyone is gone mid-season, it just sets up too much chances for turmoil, like losing Harline.
