Thrashing the Cougs is no great accomplishment this year so I have no idea why the fact that the Ducks did so should move them past USC in the polls. This year beating WSU about like beating a 1AA school, as much as it pains me to admit the obvious. They are dead men walking this year, just awaiting the regime change.

Ummm... both teams have a loss. One team loses to California, the other to Stanford. I'd definitely favor the one that loss to Cal.

I was just comparing teams for shits and giggles. When you see that USC has struggled with just about everyone this year and then got beat by Stanford, it clearly shows that SC is NOT the team that everyone thought they would be this year. Whereas, the Ducks have taken care of business (handily) all but once, and this was done against tougher competition than USC.
