Oregon 44, Arizona 41 (final, 2 OT)

Terrible playcalling by Arizona may cost them the game in OT2. They could run the ball at will against a tired Oregon defense and they came out with 3 passes. Stupid.

All their playcalling once they got the lead was questionable. That was one poorly coached game by Arizona.

Yeah Woody, but analyzing common opponents as a predictor is the best way to lose your house to your bookie.

Ducks win!

Wasn't analyzing them at all. They also lost to Cal who was blown out to Oregon. The Pac-10 is a mess. If Oregon State wins against Oregon, Cincinnati will have beaten the Pac-10 Champion.

looks like the we get the winner of Oregon vs Oregon St.

Last year, Oregon won at OSU when the Beavs were headed to the Rose. OSU will have a chance for revenge in Autzen.

Good luck.

Very funny that one of the few teams Iowa defeated convincingly was Arizona.

Arizona also played a scrub quarterback against Iowa named Matt Scott in the first half and then switched to Foles in the second half of that game and Foles hasn't lost the job since.

The only good thing that happened today was Arizona losing to Oregon.

I gotcha Woody. All I'm saying is that if you follow who-lost-to-who to a conclusion, that would run Purdue's losses backward until you have William & Mary with bragging rights over the vastly superior program that is the Big-10 Champ.

Same things works for similar absurdities for any team. Who beat who is not as important as personnel and scheme match ups, so the "lost to Cal who was blown out to Oregon" info is fun to chat about, but seemingly worthless as a predictor of future games.

Not saying you were doing anything but pointing that out in passing.

William and Mary over New Hampshire
New Hampshire over Villanova
Villanova over Temple
Temple over Navy
Navy over Wake Forest
Wake Forest over Stanford
Stanford over Oregon
Oregon over Purdue
Purdue over Ohio State

Fuck...:sad2:

I enjoyed watching this game. Some seriously bad calls and plays, so bad even I could notice them and that is saying something! Those fans anticipating a win made me fall over laughing when the cameras panned their faces later.

That just isn't safe, that tradition but then, I guess, not many college traditions are. *shrug*

I was actually hoping for the Ducks to win and then to win again.

I will be in Oregon for the Rose Bowl and would actually like to see a Bucks vs Ducks game as a way for the state to welcome me.
