He's referring to the throw that was short and hit the ground.

That first part was in regards to the prior play where he threw it short of a guy standing still 10 yards away.

Gotcha.

Yeah, that throw caused the sack on the subsequent play in my IMO since the routes had to be longer to get past the sticks, which gave no time to get it off before the blitz got there.
