In case I haven't mentioned it before I've moved from Hawaii about seven months ago. I spent four months at my oldest daughter and her husband's place just north of LA before moving to my new home in Oregon.
I'd set up all my new utility accounts (gas, electricity, TV, and Internet access), but had thought I'd set it up with my TV and Internet bundled. When I called ATT customer service, they stated that the payments were supposed to be split and not together, and that CenturyLink was were I was supposed to send my internet access payments to. When I said "OK, thanks for you help", the lady (she sounded like she was Filipino) started to talk about other deals. Since she had been polite and helpful I was going to let her go through her selling before I declined. I went to put the phone down, and instead hung up.
Oops.
