Just a post-script..
I called the Michigan Daily business office @ (734)764-0554 and spoke to one of the managers. She agreed to send me 3 but I had to tap-dance, hem/haw when she asked me why I wanted it. Living out of state (SEC land), she didn't smell rat. I told her that it would look much better at the end of the year! (little did she suspect..) I also said my brother's would appreciate this copy. Apparently, every 1st. copy is free, even if mailed.
Just don't tip 'em off until all issues are sent.
Ask for the Sept. 26 issue.:wink2:

I want you to know how disappointed that I am that we haven't really celebrated the journalistic honesty and integrity behind a sports page like this. I mean, how often does the home town rag tell it like it really is?
