Why is it acceptable to change someone's avitar without permission?

Some people around here have alot of fun at other people's expense, which is O.K., if someone cant' handle that, they need not post here. However, thicker skin on their part is something they might want to work on, they seem to have problems with it coming back in their direction.

By the way, I have found amusement in today's events on the board. If you need to merge, delete, lock, relocate, change my avitar, put where the ,,, never mind,,
If will find that amusing as well.

The open board is for laughs
