Or it won’t be and we didn’t have toMaybe it will be easier to replace Jones and Wypler than first thought.
DoubtfulMaybe it will be easier to replace Jones and Wypler than first thought.
I knew Jones had issues with “professionalism “. But Wypler’s problems must be physical in nature.Doubtful
Wypler is good but even guys like Nick Mangold and Bentley spent 4 years here... maybe the family needed the money or something because otherwise this was a massive error on his part.I knew Jones had issues with “professionalism “. But Wypler’s problems must be physical in nature.
Boy he would make me feel A LOT better about this upcoming season had he stayed.Wypler is good but even guys like Nick Mangold and Bentley spent 4 years here... maybe the family needed the money or something because otherwise this was a massive error on his part.
Wyplers issue is he's just OK at the point of contact. I'm sure he's strong but it's something I always felt he needed to improve. He was better in 2022 compared to 2021 (I thought he got pushed around a lot in 2021) but he still needed another year to get stronger.
Oh well though. Hopefully he works hard and can get a good second contract because this first contract won't be what he thought.
Yeah same... I thought "damn the interior of the offense is going to be maybe the best we've had in a long time". I figured we'd be able to give our tackles more help because the interior was going to be so strong.Boy he would make me feel A LOT better about this upcoming season had he stayed.
Same here, his departure was really my biggest concern on OL. But not even on a selfish level, I thought it was a horrible decision because he needed another year to develop physically and refine his game. Maybe he got bad info on draft grades?Boy he would make me feel A LOT better about this upcoming season had he stayed.
