So maybe he wasn't at the game because he was all Buckeye, and he wasn't at the game because he was playing somebody. Maybe he was sincerely trying to make his decision.

Having seen the way he handled himself to day, I think he was being deliberate in his process and sincere about his intentions. Glad he gave it lots of thought and ended up choosing the good guys.

Interview with Kyle after his ceremony today.

He says that a few minutes before his ceremony began, he called UFM and said "I have some bad news ... " and paused, before giving him the good news.

Kyle ends the interview saying "I'm coming home, baby, I'm coming home."

I mean, USC doesn't rhyme with anything in that chant.

Great, fate, plate, USC? Just doesn't work.

Who would have thought that something so simple would swing things Ohio State's way?

That was a huge day for Heights High. The school has been there since 1902
and I don't think they ever had an undefeated regular season. I know this was the first year they ever made the playoffs, which stated in the early eighties.

The Cleveland Heights head coach Rotsky, has an unusual background. He's not a teacher or school administrator, he's a licensed stock broker. I don't know if he's still active in the business, but from a reliable source he's done well enough he can do what he wants.

Finally if you re-watch the video, pay attention to the crowd noise when announces OSU. Sounded like a mildly pro OSU crowd to say the least. I would guess we should have a pretty good shot at Sheldon Gibson.
