That's what Michigan is doing. They're rushing to the line of scrimmage, hoping these recruits will either 1) pull the trigger before OSU offers; or 2) force OSU to offer before they've completed their evaluation.
Spot on. Guess it's their approach, they got lucky with Joe Bolden last year and maybe AJ Williams and Jarrod Wilson but don't really care if they continue to do this. More will stay 2nd or 3rd tier recruits than become 1st tier.
They'll play the Ohio State is dissing you card to the fullest. We'll see what happens with Lisle, a decision to offer or wait I'm sure is coming down.
