In Donovan’s case, his rise has been in the works ever since he dominated the Rivals camp at the end of February. They were talking about him receiving a 5th star back then.

Oh ok, thought they had another batch of rankings after that and he didn't rise that much. Might be off on that but too lazy to look it up, so I will take your word.
