Too soon old, too late smart
I'd guess as long as he's learning, learning, and doing it will all work out eventually. Certainly passes the 'look test'. Hopefully the guys who come in, sweat, lift, learn, and love to hit will be rewarded with their own starting position. Get some reps this year, and starting LT next year. Go Bucks!
