Oklahoma St. player seriously injured in workout

STILLWATER - During OSU's off-season strength and conditioning workout Friday morning sophomore wide receiver Artrell Woods was injured in the weight room. The 6-1, 195-pound receiver lost his balance during a normal weight-lifting exercise and had the weights he was using fall on him. Woods was initially taken to Stillwater Medical Center and then was flown to Mercy Hospital in Oklahoma City.

Wow that's pretty scary.:frown2: Thoughts and prayers with him. I guess the silver lining is it's not life threatening, but here's hoping for a full recovery.

Wow, that's really bad luck. I hope he is gets back on his feet soon. My prayers will be with him. Never good to see any football player injured.
