Yep, it is Oklahoma +3.5, I've changed the bet line to match the thread title. I've sent a PM to the 6 who had already bet on Okie State to let them know.

I would have to say every voter has their eyes on this game so they will need to have a game where they dominate in all 3 phases of the game and not make many mistakes. And they will have to show they can force some turnovers.
