Oklahoma got lucky once this year. Their QB was hot and their coach knew exactly how to confuse a defense that was new to the Stoops Scheme. And this happened to coincide with FSU's QB going cold for a day. I'm no Seminole fan by any stretch, but the Sooners are going to get a lot of love for much of the year for a win that is going to look like a giant aberration by the end of the season.

But it really is just as simple as "shit happens". The Sooner-Seminole game might be a great example for the transitive property of algebra not applying to football. I think Landry Jones just happened to play the game of his life versus FSU. That and they were very opportunistic when it came to turnovers and capitalizing. So far, it's been a once in a season kind of game for them and they might not be as good as we thought. UC is pretty rough.
